(one) Application
PJG¨-630/10(6)Mine-used Flameproof and I.S. High- voltage Vacuum Power Distribution Device is suitable for underground coal mines with explosive gases such as methane. It can control, protect and measure 3-phase neutral-point ungrounded power supply systems which are at the rated voltage 6 kV rated current up to 630 A.
(two) Features
1.A unique Fast-open structure makes the door easier to open and close;
2.Isolation panel is added, with interior illumination;
3.1t is composed of an explosion-proof enclosure and functional core. The circuit breaker can be easily withdrawn from its space either for maintenance purposes or replacement.
4.With exclusive protection for underground coal mines, it has protection functions such as overload, short-circuit, directional power leakage, insulation fault, over or under voltage, air, electricity and methane interlocking. Its strong anti-interference ability adapts it to the hazardous environments in coal mines. With an LCD display drop-down menu it gives detailed real-time information about the working environment and the humanized interface is convenient for operation and routine inspection.
5.Four types of structure a, b, c, d are available so as to meet different demands of current-carrying, communication, feedback, or direct control;
6.A spring energy storage type circuit breaker is used. It can be switched on or off automatically or manually.
7.The remote control signal is intrinsically safe.
8.With the communication interface it enables networking with the communication station and remote monitoring function.
