(one)Application
DKBG-l0 Mine-used Flameproof High-voltage Starting Reactor is suitable for underground coal mines with explosive gases and coal dust. It can start the induction squirrel ;cage motor with a lowered voltage,which is at 50 Hz, rated voltage 10 kV/6 kV, rated power up to 1250 kW. It has advantages of lower starting current, less impact io power network and reliable starting performance.
(two)Features
Same as general reactors in technical parameters, it also has a high-voltage vacuum contactor which can be short-connected with the reactor after startup. The contactor is operated by the internal controller automatically without extra control line. It is suitable for soft start of high-voltage pump in underground coal mines. With a built-in microcomputer controller, the reactor enables parameter adjusting such as time, current and temperature without opening the enclosure door. The reactor has functions such as over temperature protection, short connection failure protection after startup (i.e. when the contactor cannot close regularly, it can cut off the previous-stage switch automatically).
